Beautifully fragrant and inviting, the bouquet unfolds with aromas of ripe plum and cherry. Beneath the fruit lies a complex layering of tobacco, cacao, and hints of Christmas spice. Clove, cinnamon, and a whisper of nutmeg.
The palate is soft and velvety, delivering a seamless texture. Dark fruit blends effortlessly with savoury undertones and a rich, dessert-like note reminiscent of Black Forest Gateau. Subtle acidity lifts the wine just enough to maintain balance, giving a fresh counterpoint to its plush, rounded character.

Fresh and aromatic, the nose opens with lifted notes of cherries and strawberries, supported by underlying herbal nuances of sage. Subtle oak lends gentle spice and structure without overpowering the fruit.
The palate is dominated by juicy red berry flavours—strawberry, cherry, and a touch of cranberry, marked by vibrant acidity, which brings freshness and energy, balancing the ripe fruit and enhancing its youthful character.
The finish is smooth and lingering, with red fruit and a touch of herbaceous spice, framed by soft tannins and a faint echo of oak.

Lively purple-red colour with dark cherry and black currant, notes of white pepper, and a hint of green olives. Elegantly structured with vivid acidity and lots of freshness. The finish shapes, develops, and lingers, with minerality, bacon, black cherries, and a hint of dark chocolate in the finish. This will age and evolve nicely for a couple of decades.
